I was a corporate trainer for Planet Hollywood and spent a year and a half traveling with them opening new store during thier heyday. I started up the food & beverage operations on a casino boat in Key West Fl. I studied under one of the great Aspen Chef's, Kurt Boucher, who taught me how to work with wild game. Now, I own my own Private Chef Catering Service.
I believe that Culinary is something that is taught hands on and experience by living in the culture that it sustains.
