My Personal Training Certification was attained from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and my diet, anatomy and physiology, and biological systems training was completed as part of my Bachelors of Science Degree attained at THE UNIVERSITY OF PITTSBURGH. I am an experienced Certified Personal Trainer having previously trained in Dana Point, LA County, Orange County, Newport Beach, and Riverside County. My training sessions are typically one hour in duration and although most trainers typically charge between $60.00-$90.00 dollars per session, my prices, depending on which package you choose, can yield prices as low as $32.00 dollars per session, and will never be higher than $40.00 per session for the first package purchased as part of my Grand Relocation Special. I am probably the only Certified Personal Trainer that offers a REFUND*(see details below) if you truly follow the exercise, diet, and supplementation protocols completely and do reach your prestablished goals.
A major difference between sessions at 24 Hour Fitness and my sessions are that you will actually receive a full one hour workout with my service. While working for 24 Hour Fitness, sessions were $90.00 at Supersport locations and were approximately 50 minutes in duration. (Actually, 35 minutes is the net time remaining for each workout session) To ensure that you properly execute the crucial warm up and cool down routines each day, since I will not usually be present during this portion of your workout, I will spend a generous amount of time after our first full session demonstrating these important, but over time repetitious, stretches, the necessary heart escalating, or deescalating exercises and finally the proper nutrition that should follow each solid workout routine. Until I feel you are comfortable with both the warm up and cool down routine. I will provide this extra time with out it counting against your program time. You will also be provided a hard copy of the routin
