I am an ACE-certified Personal Trainer with over 4+ years of experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. What is my training style? Since there is no one approach that works for everyone, I believe in addressing each clients specific needs (body fat/weight loss, better health, heightened energy and endurance, enhanced flexibility, etc.). I make the workouts enjoyable and at the same time challenging. I incorporate strength training, cardiovascular training, and flexibility training in each session. I also provide nutritional recommendations so that each client can make healthy food choices. Why did I become a trainer? I became a trainer because of my passion for fitness. My goal is to help as many people live a healthy lifestyle. As a Certified Personal Trainer, I am able to use my knowledge and experience to assist people in reaching their fitness goals.
