My husband worked at the same company from age 14 till 29 when we moved to Ohio. He started as a dishwashed & moved up to right under the owner. I have been in the front of the house as long as I can remember. My best was as a server. Although, I can hostess, cashier, or bus, I mostly enjoy being where the most action is. That's being with the guest to be certain their needs are met.
We both attended high school. He decided to work full time at LoBaido's, he knew being a chef is what he wanted. I on the other hand quit school to support myself as I was on my own at age 15.
