I started in residential construction with a meticulous custom builder in 1985. We would do everything from the ground up to finish. I learned to frame, roof, doors & windows, siding, insulate, sheetrock (hang & tape), paint, cabinets, and finish trim. I joined the carpenters local# 108 union in 1994 and shortly thereafter I began working for a union shop out of Northampton doing large scale multimillion dollar commercial projects like schools and hospitals. I quickly became a foreman, and shortly after as a construction super, I started running these large scale projects. Although these larger scale projects do leave a sense of accomplishment, I get most pleasure working directly with home and business owners to make dreams a reality.
