Impower is a Career Services Consultancy that specializes in helping mid-size companies with organizational development and outplacement / employee transition needs.

The Career Transitions program is designed to assist the client transition staff and prepare employees to move on. The program is unique and cost effective and is designed to support anyone in transition, from the shop floor to the executive suite.
