Description
My path has been focused in the following disciplines: marketing, sales and business development. I am positioned to take on the challenge of leading organizations at the senior level. I feel that the success I have enjoyed in business is a direct result of the experience I garnered through cross-functional experience in these disciplines. The empathy that I gained in the trenches has gone a long way to helping me build collaborative commercial organizations that succeed.
The following outline will give you a general idea of what I consider to be my strengths:
1. Strategy / Planning / Management: My diverse experience in managing, building and directing teams, launching brands and delivering results are the bottom line of what I can do. I have had significant accomplishments and experience in these critical disciplines: marketing and sales management, strategic planning, brand management, new product / business development, marketing support, managed care, sales force creation, call center management, administration, marketing services, advertising and PR agency, planning and analysis, corporate image, trade dress and web site design.
2. Creativity / Process / Results: During my career I have launched over 30 products: this includes nine major brands. I have developed processes and tools that make this critical function both effective and efficient. The products that I have launched during my career have generated over $1 billion in sales!
3. Leadership / Direction / Responsibility / Loyalty: These are attributes that make me unique: I am multifaceted, I am a proven team builder, I am entrepreneurial, I take responsibility and I lead from the front! My ability to teach, lead and mentor has made me the kind of person that people like to work for. Lastly, I pride my loyalty. I will be there in both good times and when the going gets rough.
