• If you or your child need some extra mentoring or motivation in the physical fitness area of your life and advice on healthy dieting I am available nights and Sundays for help. I have been military for 11 years and spent 5 of them overseas. I was awarded the Army Physical Fitness Badge for excellence in this area and am dedicated to health and fitness. I love to see people get focused and make a commitment to their health. I am doing this as a side job and am charging 30 dollars a session. Each workout session will be no longer than two hours. I will act as not only a coach on what areas you should focus on and how, but also as a workout partner. A benefit for those who are not members at any particular gym is that I can meet you at any of the three gyms on FT Sill and sign you in for free.
