Bio
For over 23 years, Bill Martin has passionately dedicated himself to his profession. He has been recognized and awarded in the automotive industry in both sales and management.

In 1985, Bill's career began in the St. Louis metro area, winning prestigious awards from various manufacturers, including Top Achievers, Top CSI/SSI and walk-around competitions. Bill developed into the ultimate sales professional by averaging over 48 units per month, attributing his success to embracing the processes and techniques that he is now sharing around the world.

Bill made the transition to General Manager in the early 90's increasing sales from 100 units per month to over 350 units per month in less than one years's time! His repeated success has been consistent and has benefited numerous dealerships throughout the United States. As General Manager with one of the largest publicly traded auto groups in the country, Bill was awarded for year over year increase in fixed operations, highest increase in gross profit for store sales and highest increase in gross profit in F&I. With his high volume experience, Bill went on to become the Vice President of Training and led an internationally renowned team of Sales Consultants throughout the United States and Canada.

Today, Bill is the President of Martin Auto Training, the leading training group in the automotive industry. Bill brings a breadth of knowledge, commitment and excitement about developing business in every dealership he encounters. His success rate in leading and developing managers and their sales personnel ultimately led him to become the highly sought out professional sales leader he is today.
