My name is Jeff Christen currently residing in northern New Jersey. I have extensive experience working in many different types of theatre including plays, musicals, concerts, etc. I started in theatre at age 11 when a sound engineer at a local car show asked me to watch his console while he used the bathroom. I have never been the same since. Since then I have expanded my knowledge of technical theatre to lighting, sound, scenery, etc. I have worked in a vast variety of settings from small 200 seat venues to 2000 seat venues and have gotten more hands on experience than most people my age. I have left every place I have worked in way better condition than when I started. In both Pax Amicus Theatre (Budd Lake, NJ) and American Music Theatre (Lancaster, PA), I implimented new audio systems that greatly improved show quality and are still in full use today.
