Category: Acting / Drama
I started acting as a child, doing musical theater. As a teenager I studied improvisational Theater Games with Viola Spolin at the Second City in Chicago and as an adult, I worked with her in Los Angeles. I played Lady Macbeth opposite Dennis Franz in college and also started directing. In Chicago and after I moved to San Francisco I have acted in a wide variety of genre, from Theatre of the Absurd to creating original theater pieces by improvising and writing. One show I co-created made it to off-Broadway, New York. I am now working on a new one-woman, solo theater piece to perform on a national tour.
