Description
I am a Personal Fitness Trainer with athletic and college nutrition background as well as competitive bodybuilding experience. I specialize in all aspects including weight loss, lean muscle gain, athletic performance, event dieting, and nutritional guidance/analysis. I do one-on-one personal training as well as group training, I conduct a boot camp class at a gym from which I operate, as well as an HIIT Cardio Class and a Weight Training Class for beginners where I teach each attendee the muscle groups and their movements, how to use each machine and a comparable free-weight excercise as well as the appropriate weight with which to begin, and I will provide a free personal training session in addition where I will also conduct a diet analysis/plan to further enhance success possibilities. I would be thrilled to have the opportunity to network with a company and provide a corporate wellness service as well! I operate on-site or in-home, and prices are very reasonable for both of the above. Packages come in 1-4 sessions, 6 sessions, 10 sessions, 15 or more sessions, and 36 sessions with sessions getting progressively cheaper as the packages get larger. I will see you through to your goals from beginning to end!!
