- You a.k.a. "user" agree to the following terms and conditions to be a user of SkillWho.com, a.k.a. "website."
- You must be over the age of 13 years and under 200 to use this website.
- You cannot post any profane, copyrighted, inappropriate, or illegal content or photos on the website. SkillWho can take down any content it wants, any time it wants, for any reason or no reason at all.
- SkillWho is a service that connects people; often times someone looking for a skill or talent to someone who can provide it. SkillWho neither vouches for nor is responsible for the quality of service or actions of any members of the site. Members are individually and legally responsible for their own actions in dealing with other members and SkillWho does not mediate between members who have a disagreement.
- All content, designs, code, and images on SkillWho.com are copyrighted. Users of the site can retain rights to their own content; that is content they wrote or created themselves in the community or their personal profile page of the website.
- Accounts can be terminated for any reason or no reason at all. However, we're not likely to terminate an account for no reason. In practice, you'd usually have to do something wrong.
- Accounts and posts on the website may be edited by SkillWho personnel for any reason or no reason at all. Again, in practice, this would likely only happen if it had inappropriate content.
- If we disappear, get abducted by aliens, or for any other reason or no reason at all need to temporarily or permanently take down or discontinue the website, we may do so at any time without notice.
- SkillWho will attempt to maintain 99.9% up-time, but cannot guarantee the website will be available at any specific time.
- SkillWho reserves the right to change anything it wants about the website at any time without notice for any reason or no reason at all.
- Any information stored on the website by users could be lost or removed at any time for any reason or no reason at all. SkillWho and it's shareholders, investors, employees, partners, or affiliates or anyone we've ever known or ever will know, including the aforementioned aliens, are not responsible nor liable to its users for any loss of information stored on SkillWho.com by users.
- Do not spam us! Everyone hates spammers. That means don't create fake accounts in attempt to link to your website just to get backlinks or market some irrelevant product or service. Spam accounts will be promptly deleted.
- Don't hack us, steal stuff, or do any other mean, sketchy things to our website.
- Don't do anything on the site you wouldn't want done to you.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkillWho and its affiliated parties, including the aliens, for anything you do on our website that is illegal or against our terms and conditions. That means you will also have to cover any legal or other costs we would incur due to your illegal or breaching activity. We'll do the same for you.
- The term of this agreement is for all eternity, or for as long as you are a user of this website, whichever is shorter. The exception is the indemnification clause in these terms, which shall auto-renew on an annual basis forever.
- The jurisdiction of all this hoo-ha is the State of California. Also, we should mention that you agree to use arbitration instead of court for any issues.
- You agree to do your best to treat others kindly and to try to make the world a better place for everyone, including future generations.
